VISION USA'€™s Purge Sinter is a decontaminator for your sintering furnace. Contamination builds in the furnace from oxides in coloring agents used to shade zirconia, and these oxides cause greening or yellowing of the zirconia during sintering and can alter temperature readings when they build up on furnace coils. Zirconia also emits radioactive elements that accumulate in the furnace over time. To eliminate those contaminants, use Purge Sinter once a week for 10 minutes at 800°C.
