The design of the Astra Tech Implant System EV from DENTSPLY SIRONA IMPLANTS is based on natural dentition using a site-specific, crown-down approach supported by an intuitive surgical protocol and a simple prosthetic workflow. The foundation of the system remains the Astra Tech Implant System BioManagement Complex—a combination of four key features: the OsseoSpeed surface, MicroThread, Conical Seal Design and Connective Contour—which ensures reliable, predictable and esthetic results. Options include straight, conical, narrow (3.0mm), wide (5.4mm) and short (6mm) implants, and a sloped implant that follows the natural contour of sloped anatomy and maximizes the use of existing bone. The site-specific restorative components and the one-position-only interface for placement of Atlantis patient-specific abutments provide restorative ease.
