Whip Mix Introduces The SinterPro

Whip Mix is pleased to introduce SinterPro, our next generation Sintering Furnace. The new furnace features thirty (30) user-programs and four stages which optimizes program flexibility. It is easy to program, easy to use and with two different size trays is extremely versatile. A short tray for single units and short span bridges and a deep tray for large conventional and Prettau Bridges give any lab lots of production flexibility. The furnace offers a large, easy to read display, current stage visibility and a firing process graph for instant context recognition.

To make sintering faster and even more predictable, the unit features the ActivCool Feature with three (3) cooling methods: Natural Cool, Controlled Cool and Fast Cool. You choose the speed with which your zirconia should cool and SinterPro does the rest.
