To address the aforementioned market dynamics and meet the needs of today’s dental laboratory, Straumann’s laboratory outsourcing service, CARES Scan & Shape, will now accept open STL files for Straumann CARES customized abutments, screw-retained bars and bridges, and tooth-borne restorations. Users will receive a design proposal within 24 hours for approval or submit any modifications to the proposal within the online platform.
