Private Equity Firm Acquires The Winter Lab

In September, an affiliate of Beacon Bay Holdings (BBH), a private investment firm in Newport Beach, CA, acquired The Winter Laboratory in Laguna Beach, CA.

The lab’s founder, Dr. Robert Winter, continues to be involved in the laboratory and joins BBH’s dental lab team as Executive Vice President of Clinician and Technical Affairs and Chief Quality Advisor. He also remains an owner of the business and continues in his lead faculty role at Spear Education.
