More Than 7,400 Attendees to Visit the Atlantic City Convention Center During Four Events This Week

The Atlantic City Convention Center will be bustling with activity during the week of September 12. The facility will welcome more than 7,400 attendees over the course of four events in the next six days.
This week’s events are expected to increase activity for local businesses in Atlantic City. The estimated delegate spending during this week is expected to be more than $5 million. Additionally, 5,200 hotel room nights have been contracted by convention center visitors throughout the week.
The 134th Philadelphia National Candy, Gift & Gourmet Show kicked off yesterday and will conclude on Tuesday, September 13. This premier trade show is the place for retailers to get a first-hand look at breaking trends, new introductions and the latest offerings in every category from candy, chocolate and gourmet specialties to candy-making equipment, packaging and more.
