Leixir Holdings Acquires Knight Dental Group

Knight Dental Group, Inc. today announced that after having entered a definitive agreement last month has sold its dental laboratory solutions business to Leixir Holdings, Inc.

“Although our business has seen above average growth in the past few years within the regions that we do business, the integration of Knight Dental Group with the Leixir Lab Group of North America will give us great opportunity to expand our brands throughout the United States and Canada,” said Warren Rogers, Knight CEO.

“We are excited to add the Knight Dental Group brand to our current North American network of dental laboratories,” said Harmeet Bindra, Leixir CEO. “This will give Leixir the opportunity to expand our market share and provide a broader range of dental laboratory solutions and products to our dentist clients.”
