Knight Dental Group Acquires York Dental Laboratory

Knight Dental Group, Inc., one of the fastest growing networks of high quality dental laboratories in North America announced the completion of a 100 percent asset investment in York Dental Laboratory, Inc., one of the largest full service dental laboratories in the North Eastern United States and a leader in technology solutions. This transaction was completed on May 12, 2017.  

The recent acquisition will strengthen Knight’s presence in the North Eastern US which began with the acquisitions of three dental laboratories in the New York area, one in Baltimore, MD and most recently with Precision Craft Dental Laboratory in Rhode Island.
