Knight Dental Group Acquires Precision Craft Dental Laboratory

Knight Dental Group, Inc. announced the completion of a 100% asset investment in Precision Craft Dental Laboratory, Inc., Smithfield, RI. The transaction was completed on January 1, 2017.
The recent acquisition will strengthen Knight’s presence in the north eastern U.S. which began with the acquisitions of three dental laboratories in the New York area and most recently with Thompson Suburban Dental Laboratories in Maryland.
