What do you get when you combine knowledge, patience, humor and dedication? These are just a few words to describe this year's NADL Excellence in Education Award Winner, Craig Pickett, CDT. Our Technical Manager has been involved in dental technology for 36 years, 7 of which have been spent here at Whip Mix.
Craig trains new employees, helps customers on the phone or via email with tech support, publishes articles and travels the world to teach technicians. On top of all of this, he stays busy with family and community service. If you have the opportunity to hear Craig speak, I promise you will leave smarter and with a smile on your face.
