D&S Dental Laboratory Celebrates 45 Years in Business

D&S Dental Laboratory, Inc., proudly celebrates its 45th anniversary this October. Dick and Sally Pilsner founded the company as a “mom and pop” denture shop in October 1972.

From its modest beginnings, D&S has grown to become a full-service, Certified Dental Laboratory with 100 employees, including six shareholders, in five locations. D&S remains one of the largest privately-owned laboratories in Wisconsin.

While the majority of its business comes from Wisconsin and northern Illinois, the company provides restorations to doctors in more than half the states in the country and continues to expand nationally.

D&S is recognized as an industry leader in the incorporation of technology in the production process, combining state of the art technology and production techniques with an experienced staff of highly skilled technicians, including one dozen Certified Dental Technicians.
