CAD Designer - Full-Arch

We’re building a lean, modern in-house digital lab and need a CAD designer / lab tech who can design full-arch hybrids in Exocad, mill, and finish (stain & glaze) to delivery quality — and help us standardize a fast, clean workflow.

 

 

What you’ll do

• Exocad design for full-arch hybrids (+ zirconia crowns/bridges)

• Nest/CAM & mill (experience with Ceramill Motion 3 Air or similar dry mill is a plus)
• Sinter, finish, stain & glaze implant hybrids to final
• Help document SOPs and train a junior tech as we scale

 

 

 

What you bring

• Proven Exocad (implant) experience; full-arch design samples ready to share

• Hands-on finishing skills (texture, polish, stain/glaze of zirconia/PMMA)
• Comfortable running modern mills/ovens; organized and quality-driven

 

 

 

Package (very competitive)

• $38–$55/hr DOE (W-2) to start, part-time with quick path to full-time lead

• $3–$5k sign-on/relocation (12-month pro-rated clawback)
• CE budget; PTO/holidays upon FT conversion; no weekends
• New equipment, real autonomy, and direct impact on surgical outcomes
