I am thinking of taking the exam for CDT but I'm not sure how they break it down. I need info on the tests. Is it broken down into categories ie: removals, C&B, metal cast partials or do I have to know it all? Do they take the questions from the Air Force Manual?

Materials, materials, materials! There's my advice for the comprehensive test... KNOW YOUR MATERIALS! Also, the practice quizzes on the nadl.org site are helpful and good practice, but do not rely on them as your primary source for studying. The Air Force Manuals are essential!

Fresh out of the practical exam, word to the wise, manage your time to efficiently to successfully complete your work.
