I have a doctor that uses the trios scanner. He wants to send a scan of the pre-op. I know its possible, I just don't know what he has to do on his end when logging in a case. Can someone please help?

I'm considering purchasing a 3 shape scanner soon. I've been evaluating various workflows and was wondering how many different ways current users are putting the scans to work. Anyone have any advice on zirconia bridge frameworks "warping"? Hardly ever happens with frameworks with no curve, but seems to be more frequent with 4 unit and larger frames that curve (anterior). Individual units fit terrific internally and marginally, but 2-3 out of 10 times the frames will rock slightly....[More]

I've noticed our Sirona InLab MCXL is starting to let off a foul odor. I wipe it down after it's been used, and try to keep the lid open when the chamber is still wet. Hello! It seems the holes where the water shoots out onto the burs of our inLab MC XL milling unit are clogged and make the water shoot off in other directions or not at all. Any suggestions on how I can clean these out? Also, suggestions on cleaning out the chamber in general? Thanks :)

Is there a website or directory to go to that compares all the open archetecture scanners (&milling machines if available) along with prices???
And what feedback does anyone have with open architecture scanners(besides the #1 3-shape)???? thanks!
