This course provides participants with cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills in digital workflows for single implant restorative treatments. Participants will learn how to achieve the best procedural outcomes by optimizing preparation time before surgery, ensuring high-quality results while significantly reducing chair time. The course covers a variety of scenarios—including immediate load implants, temporary crowns, and customized healing abutments—enabling participants to tailor workflows to individual cases. During this hands-on course, participants will work with exoplan, DentalCAD in combination with the abutment module, they will learn how to install implant libraries using exocad’s Library Manager and the usage of powerful tools such exoprint and dentalshare.
Course objectives:
1. In this course, participants will learn to: understand exocad digital workflows for single implant restoration prior to surgery
2. download and utilize implant libraries, from implant and prosthetic components to implant analogs for printed models
3. visualize and navigate through DICOM files with exoplan
4. perform accurate prosthetic-driven implant planning
5. design and send surgical guides to 3D printing software directly from exoplan
6. create definitive or temporary screw-retained crowns (and custom healing abutments) for immediate load
7. design and manufacture 3D printed dental models.
