As the demand for dentures continues to grow, dental laboratories and clinicians need to keep up with the changing industry by learning new solutions which result in increased production speeds while retaining durability and accuracy of a quality product.
We know though that learning a new technology can be intimidating, which is why Carbon and Dentsply Sirona wish to invite you to have the opportunity to receive firsthand training at Carbon’s Redwood City corporate office on the latest innovations in Digital Dentures.
What you will learn:
CAD systems STL denture file design will be demonstrated and denture bases will be printed. Carbon™ M Series printers will be using digital light synthesis to produce the denture designed bases. Lucitone Digital Fuse™ 1, 2 and 3 materials will be used to fuse IPN™ 3D Digital Denture teeth will be tack fused into the printed base followed by a final cure in an inLab Speed Cure unit. Following the final cure the denture can be pumiced, polished and finished as normal.
