Winners of Candulor's KunstZahnWerk® Competition Announced

The coveted first-place award in Candulor's KunstZahnWerk Competition—known as the Oscars of Removable Prosthetics—went to Skender Ramadani from Zurich. He competed against 38 talented participants from around the world and received €1,500 and the Candulor Award trophy.
In second place was Kornelius Egner from Neu-Ulm, Germany, who received €1,000 and third place went to Torsten Lauenstein from Lehrte, Germany, who took home €500. Winners in the Best Documentation category were Jeongho Jeon from Seoul, South Korea; Kornelius Egner from Neu-Ulm, Germany; and Jack Edwards, MDT, Anaheim, CA.
Participants had to submit a total reconstruction with a full maxillary denture supported on the mucous membrane and a partially removable mandibular restoration with four CAMLOG implants. All work had to be prepared using the Gerber setup method and the Candulor teeth and CAMLOG implant components were provided free of charge. An international jury of experts judged...
