Renowned Technician Inspires New Talent with 'Covert Course'

When Arian Deutsch, CDT, DTG, and his wife, Muriel, were planning Deutsch Dental Arts’ move into a new facility in Sun City West, AZ, their prime focus was on education. “I had been traveling a lot to present courses and we thought, there’s just going to be a bigger need for education in the future, so let’s invest in that here,” says Deutsch, a prominent technician and educator.

So they did, renovating their new space—with a custom-made training bench from CATO Odontotecnica in Italy as the focal point—and planning their first course for attendees from around the globe in April 2020. But, of course, you know what happened: it was cancelled due to the onset of COVID-19 and, like so many of us, they had to switch gears.
