With 12 years of experience under his belt, Chase Ellis’ latest venture is heading up the implant laboratory at Revive Dental and Implant Center in Charleston, WV. Just opened in March 2020 by Dr. Chad Boustany, a prosthodontist, the Center specializes in All-on-Four implant cases and provides all of the surgical, restorative and laboratory services under one roof.

The sole dental technician at the Center, Ellis is building the lab from the ground up. The position gives him the chance to use both his technical expertise and business savvy, an opportunity he welcomes. “I enjoy both the business and technical aspects of dentistry and using all of my skills to operate a successful laboratory,” says Ellis, who is a CDT.

In addition to handling the laboratory’s finances, inventory control and equipment purchases, Ellis works hand in hand with Dr. Boustany on all facets of each case, from initial treatment plan to the final restoration. They pride themselves...
