What is the most important thing you want in a milling center?

Yes...shading of zirconia is very important.  And more importantly is consistent shading.  If the milling center consistently gives me the wrong shades you can only imagine the problems it causes for a lab.  The lab either needs to correct the shade or have the work remilled which is could delay seating of the crown.
