Experienced Dental Lab Technician (NJ)

Our growing dental laboratory in Ocean, NJ is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD/CAM Dental Technician specializing in exocad software. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital design, a solid understanding of dental anatomy, and the ability to consistently deliver highly precise and aesthetic digital restorations.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital restorations utilizing exocad, including full-contour crowns, bridges, copings, custom implant abutments, and veneers. • Review dynamic occlusion, contacts, margins, and emergence profiles to ensure absolute accuracy before production. • Manage and monitor the digital workflow from scanning to milling/3D printing. • Collaborate closely with lab management to troubleshoot complex cases and maintain tight production deadlines. • Maintain a well-organized digital file library and follow strict quality control standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a dental lab technician. • Exceptional knowledge of tooth morphology, functional dental anatomy, and dental occlusion. • Strong eye for detail and aesthetics; ability to evaluate marginal integrity and contouring. • Ability to work effectively in a high-production, team-oriented lab environment. • Positive attitude and openness to constructive feedback to achieve high client satisfaction.
