Digital Design Tech CAD/CAM

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Technician with advanced expertise in Exocad software. In this role, you will lead our digital design department, transforming digital scans into highly accurate dental restorations.

Responsibilities

• Design crowns, bridges, implants, and anatomical frameworks using Exocad. • Work closely with the doctor to ensure proper design. • Review and optimize digital impressions and intraoral scans for accurate margin placement. • Manage data workflows between scanning, digital design, and 3D printing/milling equipment. • Troubleshoot design challenges and collaborate with dental clinicians on complex cases. • Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the digital manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Laboratory Technician. • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience exclusively using Exocad software. • Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and morphology. • Familiarity with milling machines and 3D printers is highly preferred. • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
