Dental CAD Designer

We are seeking an experienced Dental CAD Designer with strong knowledge of Exocad and 3shape to join our growing team, The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in crown and bridge design, full- arch restorations, Implants, Implant bars and digital workflows.

Software Experience: • Proficiency in Exocad/3Shape Dental System • Strong understanding of digital dental workflows

Responsibilities

Software Experience: >Proficiency in Exocad/3Shape Dental System >Strong understanding of digital dental workflows Design Experience: • Crown and Bridge (Single units and multi-unit cases) • Implant restorations (Custom abutments, Screw-retained crowns) • Split-file bar design • Zirconia and PMMA restorations • Full-arch hybrid cases • Mock-up designs/ smile design cases • Printed model workflows • Design for milling and 3D Printing • Understanding of proper occlusion and anatomy Technical Skills: • Ability to review scans for accuracy • Experience cleaning and repairing STL files • Knowledge of wall thickness, cement space, and material parameters • Familiarity with nesting and file preparation for milling • Strong communication with production and finishing teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental CAD design experience • Experience working in fast-paced dental lab environment • Knowledge of implant systems (Nobel,ZimVie, Straumann, Etc.) • Understanding of FDA-regulated workflows (a Plus) • Strong Organizational skills
