I have registered our company in the US and have had one of my...See more technicians I work with register as a Lab to test before we started using 3Shape request approvals in our everyday workflow. I have activated 3shape communicate in our control panel and have added my coworkers "lab" in our site settings and our now connected. When I am finished with my design, I receive a message that reads "unable to send" and "there is no user." I would appreciate any information that can help me get going with 3Shape communicate. Thank you!
