More about 3-D printing in the Sunday, September 22 New York Times:

In “Dinner is Printed,” A.J. Jacobs talks about his week-long immersion into the world of 3-D printing. He purchased a Cube 3-D, a printer designed for home use, with the intent to use nothing but printed objects for the week. To judge the technology’s potential and pitfalls, he experimented with printing forks, tea cups, candle holder, bust of his son and even cheese pizza!

Is anyone else totally fascinated by this technology?
