Does anyone have information as to industry standards for bonus's to staff for new clients they bring in? Do we offer a percentage of collections of that account? Is there a decrease in the percentage over time or a sunset on the bonus?
What about a ceramist/owner that brings their C&B clients into your lab? More of a practice merger?
