Atlantic Precious Metal Refining (Atlantic), a Pittsburgh-based precious metal refinery serving dental professionals worldwide, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Chaban to Customer Service Representative.
In his new position, Chaban is accountable for a wide variety of responsibilities related to supporting both Atlantic staff and clients. Specifically, Chaban will field all telephone inquiries, work closely with Atlantic sales representatives to best serve all Atlantic clients, assist in the refining process, and moreover, handle any and all internal information technology (IT) matters. Chaban will report directly to Don Mappin, President & CEO of Atlantic Precious Metal Refining.

Chaban brings many years of experience to his new position at Atlantic. Most recently, he worked as an IT Network Administrator and Desktop/Applications Support Specialist for several local Pittsburgh consulting firms.
Chaban holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He currently resides in the Pittsburgh area.
