The ideal candidate will have a dental background with CAD/CAM experience and high IT/PC skills and have the ability to communicate advanced topics to users with very different backgrounds. You will receive customer support inquiries for 3Shape software, applications, hardware and materials. You will resolve customer product problems and document support calls received; amongst other things.
You must be fluent in English. Other language skills are a plus. Your primary responsibility is to offer dental CAD/CAM support to our partners and customers as well as product & sales support.
We seek a colleague with competencies within several of the following fields:
-Support with previous experience from a dental support function
-Advanced Technical Understanding of software and PC hardware problems and general Microsoft Windows Knowledge
-Experience in communicating complex topics to our dental lab customers.
