Jensen Dental provides digital dental laboratory solutions including equipment such as furnaces, scanners and milling machines, as well as CAD/CAM software, materials and training. Our Technical Services Team provides Customer Support for these products both remotely and on-site nationwide to our dental lab customers who depend on Jensen for their businesses to run smoothly.
We have an immediate opening for a CAD/CAM Dental Laboratory Technician to provide assistance to our customers as they learn and utilize Jensen products and materials. The position is located in North Haven, CT but considerations will be made for remote team members as well. Your interest in learning new products, resolving customer problems and sharing your knowledge with customers will make you an ideal candidate.
Candidates will use remote access tools to investigate customer concerns with scanning, designing and milling their cases. In addition, candidates may travel to customer sites to provide training, support and demonstrations. The ability to apply knowledge and experience to the entire dental laboratory process will be ideal.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Receive customer support inquiries for company software, applications, hardware and materials. 2. Resolve customer product issues. 3. Educate customers on Company’s products. 4. Provide expertise and support to marketing efforts. 5. Test and evaluate new materials and techniques. 6. Escalate issues as required. 7. Other duties as assigned.


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Dental laboratory technician with knowledge of materials and processing Experience with PC-based software applications including Dental CAD systems is preferred Firing furnace experience Ability and willingness to learn detailed knowledge of company products and applications. Ability to apply knowledge to support Jensen products in the customers’ environment. Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to use remote networking and application tools.
