One of our oldest customers near the Sandy Zone couldn't be reached to pay a bill. But his other friends in the industry were fine and didn't mention anything about him. So I assumed he went out of business. Turns out SANDY put him out of business and he went back to work for his friends. Living in San Francisco, I'm very keen to disaster issues. So when I finally did manage to talk to him, I waived his bill. Never did that before, he didn't ask for it, but I knew, finally, what happened. Some people will never ask for a price reduction, others will abuse it when there's nothing wrong in the name...See more of "just business".
