THE CHALLENGE: Get the most "likes" for the photos of your upper or lower removable and you could win $500.
HOW TO POST YOUR ENTRY First, select the contest's "Like" button. Then next to Share: select "Photo." From your hard drive, choose the .jpg or .jpeg photo you wish to submit. After selecting the photo, you will have the opportunity to add a description and details about the case or your removable work. After adding your text, click "Share."
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES: Your work or photography must not impinge on the rights of any person or photographer. You can share only one photo per case but you may enter two cases. Each photo will post to a maximum size of 620px wide by 480px tall.
JUDGING: All photos are being viewed and judged by your peers on The BRIDGE.
HOW TO VOTE: Click on the first photo to get to the Contest Album. When it opens, it will be enlarged and have a "Like" option below it. You may vote on as many photos as you wish by scrolling through the Album (which will increase as more entries are submitted. Please note, however, that if you "Like" the same photo more than once, you will actually be "unliking" it.
THE WINNERS: Winners are those who receive the most "Likes" on The BRIDGE (which will be visible to all participants).There will be three: The 1st place winner will receive $500, the 2nd place winner will receive a Kindle Fire and 3rd place winner will receive a $50 gift card. In case of tie there will be a revote with those cases.
RULES & REGULATIONS: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
THE DEADLINE: The number of eligible entries received will determine your odds of winning. Winners will be selected August 1, 2012. All entries must be submitted on The BRIDGE by July 31, 2012.
No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize, except if made by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
THE AGREEMENT: By participating, entrants agree to these rules. In addition, your participation constitutes your agreement to grant LMT magazine and its website the exclusive right to feature you and your winning entry along with your name, title, laboratory name and location along with other details of your business. This means that if LMT features you and your winning entry, you cannot also be featured in any other dental laboratory industry publication.
Entrants are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to hold harmless Heraeus Kulzer, LLC and LMT Communications, Inc. from any liability for losses, damages, claims or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the contest or the award of a prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name in editorial, advertising, publicity and television broadcast purposes without further compensation except where prohibited. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Income and other taxes, if any, and all expenses not detailed in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
