  • (Before) This patient presented with joint and muscle pain and chronic headaches. Guy Gialanella, DDS, Albany, NY, put her into splint therapy. Once it was verified that her joints were stable, O’Rourke fabricated a bioesthetic waxup and matrices and Dr. Gialanella used composite material to restore tooth form where it had worn down. The patient is pain-free and has a more relaxed smile; note the change in her left eye and facial muscles, a result of her dental system being restored to optimal biological health.
